Bear St, Leicester Square

Fifth State reached practical completion in Q4 2025 of a mixed-use, residential-led development on Bear Street, Leicester Square, one of London’s most vibrant and high-footfall locations.

The scheme involved the demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new seven-storey building with basement, delivering 9 high-quality residential apartments above a 2,300 sq ft flagship restaurant on the lower levels. The development provides 8,200 sq ft of total accommodation.

Given the exceptional prominence of the location, the scheme also incorporates a large-format digital billboard, creating an additional income stream while activating the building’s presence within the Leicester Square streetscape.
