Our vision for Creekside is an employment-led mixed use development, with carefully designed architecture that reflects the building's industrial past and the historical significance of Creekside. The commercial uses have been meticulously designed to go over and above the current offering for existing tenants, both in terms of specification and quantum of floorspace.
We have liaised extensively with existing tenant, Art Hub, who will have first priority on the commercial floorspace, to ensure that their requirements for maker's studios are fulfilled. The principles embedded within our social impact strategy will ensure a thriving community hub is retained at Creekside.
