Partnering with the landowner of Mastmaker Court, Fifth State secured a resolution to grant planning permission from Tower Hamlets’ Planning Committee in March 2026 for the comprehensive redevelopment of the site. The permission comprises detailed consent for large scale purpose built shared living accommodation, affordable homes, a new community hub, and extensive public realm. In addition, the permission includes outline approval for a new school.
