Fifth State have partnered with the landowner of Mastmaker Court on the Isle of Dogs to deliver a comprehensive mixed-use redevelopment of the site. The scheme will comprise affordable homes, co-living accommodation, a new school, a new community hub, and commercial uses. In addition, the scheme will deliver a new pocket park and public realm enhancements. Fifth State are currently in pre application discussions with Tower Hamlets Council and are due to submit a planning application in early 2025.
