Strong relationships with local stakeholders, including Ilderton Primary School, South Bermondsey Kitchen and residents of the Bonamy and Bramcote estate, have directly shaped our proposals through the inclusion of a not-for-profit community café and convenience store. This was important to us in ensuring that the socioeconomic benefits of the proposed scheme are enjoyed by the wider local community as well as future residents.
