Fifth State Croydon, situated on the doorstep of East Croydon station, will provide much-needed, sustainable, convenient and accessible rental accommodation for the local and wider London workforce, as well as traditional affordable homes. The ground floor has been thoughtfully designed to foster community connections, a portion of the commercial space on the ground floor is envisaged as a flexible/ exhibition space and will be be occupied by local community organisations.
Our proposals include a range of on-site and off-site public realm enhancements, including tree planting, the installation of new street paving, and the removal of the problematic local underpass.
