Partnering with the landowner of 14 Blackburn Road, immediately adjacent to West Hampstead station, Fifth State submitted a full planning application to Camden Council in April 2025 for the redevelopment of the site. The proposal provides affordable homes, purpose-built student accommodation, and commercial space for the existing occupier of the site, Builder Depot. Fifth State are aiming to secure a resolution to grant planning permission from Camden’s Planning Committee within 2025.
