Tottenham Lane, Hornsey

Fifth State are currently engaging in positive pre-application discussions with Haringey Council to redevelop 7, 9 and 11 Tottenham Lane, home to the former Lotus cars manufacturing workshop and showroom. Our proposals comprise the provision of over 3,000 sqm of employment generating, high-quality industrial space, representing a significant enhancement to the existing, and purpose-built student accommodation. Central to our proposals are the retention and retrofit of the historic former Lotus workshop and showroom with the introduction of a use that celebrates its heritage, and a public landscaped plaza. Fifth State hope to submit a full planning application in Autumn 2025.
