Tottenham Lane, Hornsey

Fifth State have begun pre-application discussions with Haringey Council to redevelop 7, 9 and 11 Tottenham Lane, home to the former Lotus car showroom. The 0.45-hectare site comprises a number of existing industrial buildings in addition to the former Lotus car showroom. Our strategy, subject to discussions with Haringey Council and the local community, is to deliver a mixed-use redevelopment comprising purpose-built student accommodation and light industrial creative and maker spaces. In addition, we plan to retain the former Lotus car showroom with a use that celebrates its heritage. Fifth State hope to submit a full planning application in early 2025.
